Falls, Food and Fun Giveaway – Official Contest Rules

These official rules (the “Rules”) govern the Falls, Food and Fun Giveaway Instagram Contest (the “Contest”) running from Tuesday, April 22, 2025, through Tuesday, May 6, 2025 (the “Contest Period”). The Contest is organized by MGE Niagara Entertainment Inc., operator of Niagara Fallsview Casino Resort and Casino Niagara (the “Sponsors”). This promotion is in no way affiliated with or endorsed by Instagram.

No purchase necessary to enter or win.

Eligibility

The Contest is open to legal residents of Canada and the United States (excluding Florida), aged 19 or older with an active Instagram account. Participants must be Momentum members (Fallsview’s rewards program) to redeem the prize. Non-members can sign up for free.

Excluded Individuals:

Persons not eligible include but are not limited to:

  • Those enrolled in self-exclusion programs or restricted by court order, AGCO, or GCA.
  • Employees, officers, directors, and agents of the Sponsor or its promotional partners.
  • Staff or union members associated with gaming operations or equipment.
  • Members of the AGCO or OLG with registration restrictions.

Any such person will be disqualified, and if declared a winner, must return the prize.

How to Enter

During the Contest Period:

  1. Follow @fallsviewcasino on Instagram
  2. Like the official giveaway post
  3. Tag another Instagram user in the comments

Each tag counts as an entry (up to 100 tags = 100 entries). Maximum of 102 entries per user.

Prize Draw

The draw takes place at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 7, 2025, at Niagara Fallsview Casino Resort. The selected entrant will be notified via Instagram DM within five (5) business days.

To claim the prize, the winner must:

  • Be a valid Momentum member
  • Correctly answer a skill-testing question
  • Sign a Declaration and Release form
  • Provide valid government-issued photo ID

Failure to meet these requirements within ten (10) business days forfeits the prize, and one (1) alternate winner may be selected.

Prize Conditions

  • Prize is non-transferable and must be accepted as awarded
  • No substitutions or cash alternatives
  • Prize may not be modified or exchanged
  • Taxes are the winner’s responsibility
  • If redemption is impossible for reasons outside the Sponsor’s control, no compensation will be provided

  • Odds depend on total number of valid entries
  • No responsibility for late, lost, or misdirected entries
  • Momentum cards are for individual use only
  • The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Contest
  • The Sponsor’s decisions are final
  • All times listed are Niagara Falls, Ontario local time, and all values are in CAD

The Contest is subject to Ontario law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Niagara Region, Ontario.
