    Shipping & Returns

    All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

    Apparel and accessories are shipped only to the USA and some to Canada and UK. In case you're interested in a certain item, please contact us, we might be able to ship it to Europe too.

    Wallet cases are available in Europe, Australia and Canada as well as in the USA. 

     

    Handmade items

    Our custom made jewelry and altar tools are shipped from Serbia. Depending on the scope of work, in case you've ordered a custom item, the processing time is anywhere between 1-3 days for already made items, up to 2 weeks for custom made bone blade athames. Shipping takes anywhere from 5 to 14 days.

    UK after Bexit & Delivery

    If you live in the UK, please check for additional taxes on imported goods

    We won't be able to refund custom made items due to high taxes or other new regulations in the UK, starting from 1. January 2021.
    Please double-check any new requirements before ordering.

     

    How do I check the status of my order?

    When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

    If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at office@crescentchalice.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

     

    Refunds, returns, and exchanges

    We accept returns up to 10 days after delivery, if the item has been damaged during delivery or the print shows any errors.

    In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at office@crescentchalice.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
